Setting New Year's resolutions can be a minefield personally - going to the gym, dry January etc. But what about resolutions for your business? We can incorporate these into our business plan for 2023. These hold us accountable, make sure we can celebrate our milestones and allow us to reflect back, learn and grow.

Here are some goals/targets to consider:

• Learning a new skill that will benefit what we can offer our clients and keep us up to date with current systems and business trends
• Updating our website - a fresh, new look for 2023.
• Starting a blog or making a commitment to write new posts more regularly
• A specific financial target and the steps needed to achieve this
• Holding ourselves accountable to dedicate time to network regularly, with both our peers and prospective clients

Small attainable goals spread out throughout the year are always going to be easier to reach - let's set ourselves up for success rather than failure and remember to keep going - there will be obstacles in our way but we can overcome them.
